Each post title was matched against keyword patterns for all 46 themes, spanning substances, levels of care, therapy modalities, mental-health comorbidities, recovery life, and seasonal hooks. A title can land in more than one theme.
The point isn't perfect classification — it's a reliable demand signal. When the national cohort publishes thousands of titles on a theme and the local cohort publishes a handful, that theme is both proven to attract readers and under-served nearby.
